While the price of petrol and diesel is being increased every day, on the other hand the increase in the price of LPG cylinder by Rs 250 has come as a blow to the common people.

Due to the cost of pulses, vegetables and oil, food items have also been inflated. But now there is some relief in the price of mustard oil. Mustard oil is being sold cheap from the highest level by about Rs 40 per liter. Speculations are also being made about the increase in the price of mustard oil.

Mustard oil is now selling at Rs 165 per liter with a fall of Rs 5. Last month, mustard oil had closed at an average price of Rs 170. Mustard oil is now selling at around Rs 30-40 less than the highest level. In Uttar Pradesh, the price of mustard oil was Rs 164. Mustard oil had reached its maximum rate of Rs 200 in December 2021. Futures market experts say that the consumption of mustard oil is high in winter. 

According to experts, in the Budget 2022-23, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has given relief to encourage farmers who cultivate oilseeds. Its effect can be seen after a few months. Today in UP, the maximum price of mustard oil is opened in Hamirpur at Rs 174 per liter. Whereas on February 6, the maximum of mustard was closed at Rs 172 per liter in Ghazipur district. At the same time, the price of mustard oil was maximum Rs 180 per liter in Kanpur. Mustard oil is being sold expensive for the last many days.
