    Quick commerce delivers quick jobs

    Synopsis

    More than 400,000 jobs will be up for grabs for last-mile delivery and supply chain personnel in the next 90 days, almost 50% up from a year ago, according to various estimates.

    Demand for delivery executives is on the rise, even though physical purchases pick up pace amid a waning of Covid-19 infections. Companies such as Zomato, BigBasket, Ecom Express, Shadowfax and Swiggy are ramping up their delivery manpower, led by a growing demand for online delivery and quick commerce services.
