Shrikant Chouhan of Kotak Securities said Nifty50 topping the 15,800 mark was completely unexpected.
NEW DELHI: Dhani Ibull Ventures, SP Refractories Ltd., Gateway Distriparks Ltd., Akash Infra-Proj and A and M Jumbo Bags L and others were among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows in today's trade.

Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty ended 69.85 points down at 17245.65, while the BSE Sensex closed 304.48 points down at 57684.82.

On the other hand, GMR Power and Urban Infra Ltd., Shivalik Bimetal, Suven Pharma, Royal Orchid and North Eastern stocks hit their fresh 52-week highs today.

In the Nifty 50 index, Hindalco, Dr. Reddys, Divis Labs, Tata Steel and UPL were among the top gainers on the NSE in the today's trade.

Meanwhile, HDFC, Kotak Bank, Bharti Airtel, Britannia and Cipla were among the top losers of the day.
