Concor shares gain 2.58% as Sensex rises

Shares of the Container Corporation of India Ltd. traded at Rs 605.45 on BSE at 11:42AM (IST) on Wednesday, up 2.58 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 528.05 and a high of Rs 754.1.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 44.82 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 13.51 per share and 3.57 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 12,035 shares changed hands on the counter till 11:42AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 36892.77 crore and is part of the Warehousing/Supply Chain/Road Transport industry.

The scrip has been an underperformer , up 8.44 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 15.31 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 605.5 and Rs 593.0.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 54.8 per cent in the company as of 31-Dec-2021. FII and MF ownership in Container Corporation of India Ltd. stood at 24.85 per cent and 11.41 per cent, respectively.
