NEW DELHI: Mining stocks were trading mixed on Tuesday at 11:05AM

Pokarna(up 3.99%), Aro Granite Industries(up 2.14%), Ashapura Minechem(up 1.88%), Oriental Trimex(up 1.67%), 20 Microns(up 0.75%), MOIL(up 0.57%) and Madhav Marbles and Granites(up 0.39%) were among the top gainers.

NMDC Ltd(down 3.07%), Lexus Granito(down 1.51%), Coal India(down 1.39%), Orissa Minerals Development Company(down 0.89%), KIOCL(down 0.50%) and Gujarat Mineral Dvpt Corporation(down 0.41%) were among the top losers.

The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 13.5 points down at 16857.8, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 51.64 points at 56434.38 at around 11:05AM.

TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS(up 4.85%), Maruti Suzuki(up 3.49%), Mahindra & Mahindra(up 2.48%), Tata Motors(up 2.3%), UltraTech Cement(up 1.56%), Eicher Motors(up 1.42%), Cipla(up 1.34%), Britannia Industries(up 1.31%), ICICI Bank(up 1.22%) and Bajaj Finserv(up 1.19%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.

On the other hand, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(down 3.9%), Hindalco Industries(down 3.47%), Tata Steel(down 2.57%), JSW Steel(down 1.87%), Infosys(down 1.63%), Power Grid Corporation of India(down 1.41%), Coal India(down 1.39%), Kotak Mahindra Bank(down 1.27%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation(down 1.03%) and Reliance Industries(down 0.88%) were trading in the red.
