Adani Green shares drop 1.2% as Sensex rises

Shares of the Adani Green Energy Ltd. traded at Rs 1836.75 on BSE at 01:14PM (IST) on Monday, down 1.2 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 860.2 and a high of Rs 2128.9.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 606.81 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 3.02 per share and 200.6 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 7,525 shares changed hands on the counter till 01:14PM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 287020.08 crore and is part of the Power Generation - Solar industry.

The scrip has been an outperformer , up 58.3 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 14.47 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 1873.0 and Rs 1827.85.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 54.92 per cent in the company as of 31-Dec-2021. FII and MF ownership in Adani Green Energy Ltd. stood at 16.59 per cent and 0.14 per cent, respectively.
