Piramal Ent. shares gain 0.31% as Sensex rises

Shares of the Piramal Enterprises Ltd. traded at Rs 2032.55 on BSE at 11:42AM (IST) on Monday, up 0.31 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 1612.0 and a high of Rs 3013.0.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 38.99 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 52.06 per share and 1.22 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 9,787 shares changed hands on the counter till 11:42AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 48448.73 crore and is part of the Diversified industry.

The scrip has been an underperformer , up 6.6 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 14.22 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 2055.0 and Rs 2010.05.
