A Ukrainian Defence Ministry representative told Reuters the ministry was still trying to establish if any of the foreign instructors were at the facility at the time of the attack.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday chaired a meeting of his senior ministers to review India's security preparedness and geopolitics as the Russian invasion of Ukraine continues.
