Agro Phos(up 5.40%), Madhya Bharat Agro Products(up 4.24%), Southern Petrochemicals Industries(up 3.86%), Aries Agro(up 3.82%), Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers(up 3.08%), Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals(up 2.21%), Fertilizers & Chemicals Tranvancore(up 2.17%), KRISHANA(up 1.92%), National Fertilizer(up 1.86%) and Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals(up 1.85%) were among the top gainers.
Sikko Industries(down 0.18%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 382.3 points up at 16727.65, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 1344.3 points at 55991.63 at around 10:19AM.
Tata Motors(up 7.02%), Axis Bank(up 5.93%), Maruti Suzuki(up 5.21%), IndusInd Bank(up 5.16%), State Bank of India(up 4.88%), Grasim Industries(up 4.84%), Bajaj Finserv(up 4.81%), ICICI Bank(up 4.55%), Bajaj Finance(up 4.18%) and Hindustan Unilever(up 3.96%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Coal India(down 3.72%), Hindalco Industries(down 1.2%), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(down 1.08%), HCL Technologies(down 0.23%) and Tech Mahindra(down 0.08%) were trading in the red.
