Samsung Ads India has announced the appointment of Vikram Chande as head of sales and agency development.
He will be responsible for expanding the company’s business in the region, driving partnerships and building relationships with agencies, advertisers and trading desks.
Chande moves from Adobe, where he was head - Adobe Advertising Cloud, India.
With more than 16 years of experience, he has also worked with companies like GroupM and Amnet.
In addition, the company has also appointed Mitul Sanghani, Tushar Tyagi and Nishit Kanchan.
Sanghani has joined as head of operations, Tyagi as customer service manager, whereas Kanchan is sales manager.
Sanghani moves from JioSaavn, where he was associate director of finance. In his current role, he will spearhead the finance and operations functions for both Samsung Ads India and the TV Plus content business.
With over 14 years of experience, he has also previously worked with Mobileum India and TCG Private Equity, to name a few.
Tyagi joins from Twitter, whereas Kanchan moves from Times Internet.

Chande said, “I see my role as ultimately helping these stakeholders plan for a rapidly changing TV viewership landscape, and will seek to educate the market about the growing opportunities in CTV. We will build a robust sales outfit for Samsung Ads in India, leading both DSP and direct sales channels to grow our footprint here further.”
