NEW DELHI: BofA Securities Europe SA bought 35,14,315 shares of Dhani Services in a bulk deal transaction on Rs 77 per share on Wednesday, the data published by NSE showed. Shares were sold by Jasmine Capital and Tamarind Capital.

The transaction was worth Rs 27 crore. The stock fell by 2.48 per cent to Rs 76.65 in regular trading on NSE.
