Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell says Russian Presidetn Vladimir Putin is a "ruthless thug" who invaded a sovereign country and is responsible for the killing of innocent people. "We're all together behind the Ukrainian people," said McConnell Tuesday during a press conference in Washington with his fellow Republican Senate Leaders.
