OnePlus 10 Pro, which was launched earlier this year, will finally hit global markets and arrive in the US, India and Europe by the end of March, the company announced at MWC 2022.

Unlike its previous smartphones, OnePlus 10 Pro had already reached China where it was available exclusively before other countries since the beginning of January after the launch. So this announcement about the 10 Pro phone by OnePlus finally company to other countries is a big news for tech enthusiasts. However, the tech company has also revealed that it will be reversing its decision to share a unified OS with Oppo.

Both the smartphone brands - OnePlus and Oppo, are owned by BBK Electronics Corp, a Chinese multinational conglomerate which also manufacturers phones under Vivo, Realme and iQOO.

During the announcement, the company confirmed that "global OnePlus devices will continue to run OxygenOS." However, their China counterparts will carry on with ColorOS.

The tech company switched to ColorOS from HydrogenOS with its OnePlus 9 series launch in 2021.

As OnePlus 10 Pro gets ready to hit the global market, it will come packed with OxygenOS 12.1 which will then get OxygenOS 13 update.

Earlier in Janurary, OnePlus launched the much awaited smartphone, the 10 Pro, in China. The new smartphone has been launched in three variants: 8GB+ 128GB, 8GB+256GB, and 12GB+256GB configurations at CYN 4699 (around Rs 54,499), CYN 4999 (around Rs 57,979), and CYN 5299 (around Rs 61,458) respectively.

The OnePlus 10 Pro flaunts a 6.7-inch display which is made of Corning and Gorilla Glass Victus.

OnePlus Winter Edition Launch

The tech brand OnePlus on Friday launched 9RT 5G smartphone and Buds Z2, as an extension of its performance-oriented R series and the OnePlus TWS portfolio, respectively in India.

OnePlus 9RT 5G features a customized 6.62-inch E4 OLED flat display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate (increased to 600Hz while gaming), 100% DCI-P3 wide color gamut coverage, and multiple-display technology.
