US sanctioning Russian oligarchs, debt: Joe Biden

President Joe Biden says the U.S. will be sanctioning Russian oligarchs and their families, as well as Russian sovereign debt in retaliation for the country’s invasion of Ukraine. "None of us will be fooled" by Russian President Vladimir Putin's claims about Ukraine, Biden said. And he said more sanctions could be on the way if Putin proceeds further.
