These days the impact of inflation is putting a heavy burden on the pockets of the common people. First, the price of petrol-diesel, cooking gas and food items are high. The budget of the kitchen has also staggered due to the expensive food items. The tempering has to be applied in less oil in the pan. Nevertheless, in such a situation, it is valuable that mustard oil is now cheaper by around Rs. 40 per liter than the highest level.
The price of mustard has witnessed a fall of about Rs. 3, due to which it is selling at Rs. 165 per liter. On February 6, mustard oil closed at an average price of Rs.168. It was recorded at Rs. 160 per liter on 5 February. In this way, the price of mustard has reached the price of February 4. Whereas in Uttar Pradesh on January 3, mustard oil was Rs. 164.
Mustard oil had reached its maximum rate of Rs. 200 in December 2021. Futures market experts say that the consumption of mustard oil is high in winter. Therefore, the price of mustard oil is not being low. As the winter subsides, the rates of mustard oil will also fall sharply. There is a possibility of an unexpected fall in the price of oil in the coming days in the oilseeds market.

In Uttar Pradesh, on February 7, the maximum price of mustard is opened in Hamirpur at Rs. 174 per liter. Whereas on February 6, the maximum of mustard was closed at Rs. 172 per liter in Ghazipur district. At the same time, on February 5, the price of oil was maximum Rs. 180 per liter in Kanpur. Therefore, the price may increase in the coming days.
