NEW DELHI: FMCG stocks were trading higher on Wednesday at 10:19AM

Nakoda Group(up 4.99%), Euro India Fresh Foods(up 3.67%), Vadilal Industries(up 3.54%), DFM Foods(up 3.23%), Dodla Dairy(up 1.79%), Hatsun Agro Product Ltd(up 1.66%), Hind.Foods(up 1.65%), JHS Svendgaard Laboratories(up 1.62%), Mrs Bectors Food Specialities(up 1.51%) and Future Consumer(up 1.43%) were among the top gainers.

Bajaj Consumer(down 1.70%), Dabur India(down 0.84%), Marico(down 0.79%), Britannia Industries(down 0.57%), Nestle India(down 0.47%), Colgate Palmolive(India)(down 0.35%), TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS(down 0.29%) and Prataap Snacks(down 0.11%) were among the top losers.

The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 14.5 points down at 17337.95, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 32.6 points at 58109.45 at around 10:19AM.

HDFC LIFE INSURANCE(up 2.88%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone(up 2.46%), Divis Laboratories(up 2.2%), Mahindra & Mahindra(up 2.04%), Indian Oil Corporation(up 1.31%), HDFC(up 1.24%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation(up 1.02%), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(up 0.91%), Grasim Industries(up 0.81%) and Hero MotoCorp(up 0.76%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.

On the other hand, Power Grid Corporation of India(down 1.84%), Larsen & Toubro(down 1.42%), UltraTech Cement(down 1.07%), Eicher Motors(down 1.04%), Tata Steel(down 1.03%), State Bank of India(down 0.98%), ICICI Bank(down 0.9%), Wipro(down 0.71%), Shree Cement(down 0.62%) and Britannia Industries(down 0.57%) were trading in the red.
