DLF shares gain 0.13% as Sensex falls

Shares of the DLF Ltd. traded at Rs 372.0 on BSE at 11:18AM (IST) on Wednesday, up 0.13 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 231.95 and a high of Rs 449.8.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 58.25 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 6.37 per share and 2.01 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 115,639 shares changed hands on the counter till 11:18AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 91821.69 crore and is part of the Real Estate industry.

The scrip has been an outperformer , up 16.58 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 12.41 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 376.2 and Rs 369.5.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 74.36 per cent in the company as of 31-Dec-2021. FII and MF ownership in DLF Ltd. stood at 16.46 per cent and 2.63 per cent, respectively.
