In the current, ongoing pandemic scenario, sedentary lifestyle has increased throughout the world. Less physical activity and increased intake of packed foods has shown increase in several muscular skeletal impairments, several physical and mental disorders which has affected all aspects of life.

Poor muscular skeletal impairment leads to reduced mobility and impairs the usual personal, social and occupational activities, probing a burden to the whole society. Due to fewer interactions and withdrawal from all different activities and gatherings people tend to stay alone, remain depressed and full of anxiety leading to hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular and several other endocrine diseases.
