
IPL Mega Auction 2022 Team Players List, CSK, RR, MI, KKR, RCB, PBKS, SRH, DC, GT, LSG Team 2022 Players List: India wicket-keeper batter Ishan Kishan became the most expensive player in the IPL 2022 auction after Mumbai Indians secured his service for Rs 15.25 crore. Allrounder Deepak Chahar returned to Chennai but for a whopping sum of Rs 14 crore after an intense bidding war. Earlier, it was Shreyas Iyer, who also predictably, became one of the highest-paid players among the marquee set with Kolkata Knight Riders making a bid of Rs 12.25 crore. Iyer’s entry in KKR ensures a captaincy candidate for them while the Shah Rukh Khan co-owned franchise also got back their Australian pace spearhead Pat Cummins for half the price at Rs 7.25 crore.
One of the biggest gainers was South African pacer Kagiso Rabada who fetched more than a million dollar with Punjab Kings successfully buying him for Rs 9.25 crore. As it was known, senior India players had some great bids going their way with Shikhar Dhawan getting Rs 8.25 crore from Punjab Kings.
Ravichandran Ashwin also got Rs 5 crore winning bid from Rajasthan Royals while Trent Boult, with his left-arm swing bowling, laughed his way to the bank with a handsome Rs 8 crore bid from Rajasthan Royals. Mohamed Shami was taken by Gujarat Titans for Rs 6.75 crore, the same amount that Lucknow Giants paid for Quinton de Kock.
Swing king Bhuvneshwar Kumar is back with SRH for Rs 4.2 crore.
England pacer Mark Wood has a base price of 2 crore. Lucknow and Delhi going back and forth and finally, it is LSG who bag him for Rs 7.5 crore
RCB make a last minute bid and Mumbai raise it to Rs 7.5 crore but MI back out after RCB raise it to Rs 7.75 crore. So Hazlewood sold to RCB for Rs 7.75 crore
Lockie Feguson has a base price of Rs 2 crore and after quite a tussle between GT and RCB, it is Gujarat who have him for Rs 10 crore
Prasidh Krishna, the Player of the Series against the West Indies, is an IPL millionaire. From a base price of Rs 1 crore he is sold to Rajasthan for Rs 10 crore. Lockie Ferguson is next.
Umesh Yadav, placed in the Rs 2 crore bracket, finds no takers and he remains unsold. Next up is Prasidh Krishna.

CSK enter the fray and it's gone up to Rs 13 crore. Now Rajasthan is in the mix with a bid of Rs 13.75 crore. CSK won't back down and bid at Rs 14 crore. AND SOLD! Chahar back with Rs CSK for 14 crore
