ZUARIAGRO(up 6.50%), Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals(up 3.16%), Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers(up 3.15%), Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers(up 2.82%), Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers (up 1.89%), Madras Fertlizers(up 1.71%), Southern Petrochemicals Industries(up 1.34%), G S F C(up 1.03%), Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers(up 0.72%) and KRISHANA(up 0.53%) were among the top gainers.
Madhya Bharat Agro Products(down 6.08%), Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals(down 2.75%), Agro Phos(down 1.27%), Aries Agro(down 0.50%), Sikko Industries(down 0.44%), Coromandel International(down 0.16%) and Fertilizers & Chemicals Tranvancore(down 0.11%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 159.35 points up at 17426.1, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 528.92 points at 58337.5 at around 09:59AM.
Coal India(up 2.59%), Bajaj Auto(up 2.34%), Bajaj Finserv(up 2.12%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone(up 1.98%), IndusInd Bank(up 1.91%), Titan Company Ltd(up 1.9%), HCL Technologies(up 1.88%), HDFC Bank(up 1.79%), Hero MotoCorp(up 1.76%) and Maruti Suzuki(up 1.75%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Indian Oil Corporation(down 0.99%), NTPC(down 0.48%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation(down 0.42%) and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries(down 0.26%) were trading in the red.
