
Xiaomi’s Redmi brand has launched its Redmi Note 11 series, Redmi Smart Band Pro and a Redmi Smart TV X43 today. The company’s livestream was hosted on its YouTube channel. The phones will also be made available on Amazon India, Mi.com and Mi Home Stores as well as offline stores. The Redmi Note 11 starts at Rs 13,499, while the Redmi Note 11S starts at Rs 15,999. The Redmi Smart Band Pro will cost Rs 3,999, though the introductory price is Rs 3,499. The Redmi TV will cost Rs 28,999.
Redmi Note 11S has a 108MP camera at the back, using Samsung HM2 sensor. It comes with improved low-light performance as well, according to Xiaomi. The display has a refresh rate of 90 Hz and this is an AMOLED display. The phone has a 5000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging. Xiaomi has not announced the price yet. Last year, Redmi had limited the 108MP camera to the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max variant. The Redmi Note 11 has also launched with a 90Hz display, Snapdragon 680 processor, and 50MP main camera at the back.
Redmi Smart Band Pro has also been launched. This comes with an always-on display, and around 110 workout modes, blood oxygen monitoring, heart-rate monitoring, along with other fitness features seen on the such bands. The new Redmi Smart TVX will come with a 43-inch display, 4K HDR and Dolby Vision support, and 30W speakers. It will run Patchwall 4 from Xiaomi as well.
The Redmi Note 11S will go on sale on February 21.
Redmi Smart Band Pro will cost Rs 3,999. However, Xiaomi is launching this at an introductory price of Rs 3,499 in India. The band will go on sale starting February 14, 2022 at 12 noon. It will be sold on Amazon, Mi.com, Mi Home and other offline retail stores. The Redmi TV will cost Rs 28,999. This will also go on sale on February 16 like the Redmi Note 11S.
Redmi Note 11S will start at Rs 15,499 for the 6GB RAM+64GB version, while the 6GB RAM+128GB version will cost Rs 17,499. The 8GB RAM+128GB version will cost Rs 18,499. The phone will go on sale starting February 16. It will go on sale on Amazon India, Mi.com and Mi Home stores and other offline stores.

The Redmi TV is being introduced now. This comes in a 43-inch display version. The 4K ready TV supports HDR and Dolby Vision as well. It comes with 30W speakers with Dolby Audio. It also runs the Patchwall OS from Xiaomi.
The Band Pro also gets the LifeQ Health algorithm, which Xiaomi has previously limited to its more premium smartwatches.
Redmi Smart Band Pro is now being launched. Xiaomi is calling this is a 'Sportwatch' though it looks like a band. It can track 110+ fitness mode, it comes with a 1.47-inch AMOLED display which is a big screen for a band. It comes with heart-rate monitoring, blood oxygen monitoring, sleep monitoring, etc. The band has an Ambient light sensor as well. Xiaomi says the band has a battery life of 14 days.
This one has a 50MP quad-camera at the back. The rear camera is 50MP with 8MP ultra-wide, 2MP macro lense and 2MP depth sensor. This also gets other modes as seen on the Redmi Note 11S. The phone will run MIUI 13 out of the box as well just like the Redmi Note 11S.
This one also continues with a 5000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging just like the Redmi Note 11S. Again you can get a full charge in just one hour.
Redmi Note 11 runs the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor. This is a 6nm process designed chipset. The phone also comes with the RAM booster feature seen on the Redmi Note 11S series.
Redmi Note 11 is being launched now in White, Blue and Black colour option just like the Redmi Note 11S. The phone has an AMOLED display as well with 90 Hz refresh rate as well.

Redmi Note 11S will run MIUI 13. However, this is still based on Android 11 and not Android 12. Xiaomi claims MIUI 13 will ensure better performance, comes with RAM optimisation for smoother experience.
Redmi Note 11S features the MediaTek Helio G96 processor. It comes with UFS 2.2 storage. It also comes with Liquid cooling and RAM booster to ensure better performance during heavy-duty task. So one can bump up the RAM from 8GB to 11GB from the settings. Keep in mind, the storage space is utilised for this extra RAM.
Battery on the Redmi Note 11S is 5000 mAh. It comes with 33W fast charging. The Pro charging technology ensures that the phone's battery charges from the centre to ensure faster charging. It charges to 100 per cent in about an hour.
The phone has a 90Hz refresh rate. This is an AMOLED display. The peak brightness is 1000 nits, which Xiaomi claims will ensure better viewing experience even under a harsh lighting experience.
The Redmi Note 11S camera specifications are: 108MP+8MP+2MP+2MP. The front camera is 16MP. It also comes with other features such as Night mode, etc for a better overall performance.
The Redmi Note 11S is being showcased first. It continues with the Evol design seen on the previous Redmi Note 10 series. The device has a flat edged design. It comes with the 108MP camera and 8MP ultra-wide camera, 2MP macro and 2MP Portrait mode.
The launch event for Redmi India has begun. Xiaomi COO Muralikrishnan B is on stage. Apparently this is an AI generated launch. Xiaomi claims Redmi Note series has crossed 240 million units being shipped globally. Xiaomi has shipped 66 million units of the Redmi Note series so far in the Indian market.
