Chola Inv Finance share price down 3.03 per cent

Shares of Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company Ltd. traded 3.03 per cent up at Rs 655.0 at around 12:12PM (IST) on Monday. The stock had closed at Rs 675.45 in the previous session. Equity benchmark Sensex traded 792.28 points lower at 57852.54 around the same time.


The scrip has climbed 45.2 per cent in the last one year till date, while the 30-share index has gained 19.66 per cent during the same period.

The stock's 52-week high price stood at Rs 681.95 and the 52-week low price at Rs 449.5.

Trading volume on the counter stood at 78,087 shares, while it quoted a price-to-earnings ratio of 31.41, an EPS value of 20.85 and a price-to-book value of 4.78. In the Nifty50 pack, 9 stocks traded in the green, while 41 stocks were in the red.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 51.55 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Dec-2021, while overseas investor and mutual funds' ownership stood at 20.98 per cent and 18.31 per cent, respectively.

Key Financials
For the quarter ended 31-Dec-2021, the company reported consolidated sales of Rs 2557.46 crore, up 2.43 per cent from the previous quarter's Rs 2496.71 crore and up 1.47 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 2520.48 crore. The company reported net profit of Rs 527.71 crore for the latest quarter.
