Ernakulam reported about 3,490 COVID-19 cases on Monday.

About 2,814 persons got infected through contact. The source of infection was not confirmed in 660 cases, according to an official communication.

About 55,795 persons are in home isolation. The number of active cases in the district was 51,823 persons as on Monday, it said.
