NEW DELHI: Mining stocks were trading higher on Friday at 11:10AM

Lexus Granito(up 4.94%), Gujarat Mineral Dvpt Corporation(up 4.44%), Ashapura Minechem(up 4.13%), Orissa Minerals Development Company(up 3.67%), MOIL(up 2.69%), Coal India(up 0.53%), Aro Granite Industries(up 0.45%), KIOCL(up 0.29%) and 20 Microns(up 0.11%) were among the top gainers.

Oriental Trimex(down 2.75%), Madhav Marbles and Granites(down 0.81%), Pokarna(down 0.36%) and NMDC Ltd(down 0.10%) were among the top losers.

The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 5.35 points down at 17554.85, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 37.66 points at 58750.36 at around 11:10AM.

Divis Laboratories(up 2.3%), Hindalco Industries(up 2.0%), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(up 1.73%), Tata Steel(up 1.63%), JSW Steel(up 1.62%), Grasim Industries(up 1.43%), Shree Cement(up 1.41%), UltraTech Cement(up 1.22%), HDFC Bank(up 0.74%) and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries(up 0.71%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.

On the other hand, Hero MotoCorp(down 2.03%), Bajaj Auto(down 1.41%), Eicher Motors(down 1.37%), TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS(down 1.06%), Mahindra & Mahindra(down 0.96%), HDFC LIFE INSURANCE(down 0.85%), Cipla(down 0.81%), SBI Life(down 0.62%), Maruti Suzuki(down 0.62%) and Tata Consultancy(down 0.54%) were trading in the red.
