KIOCL(up 5.44%), Lexus Granito(up 4.72%), Gujarat Mineral Dvpt Corporation(up 2.45%), Aro Granite Industries(up 1.79%), Pokarna(up 1.26%), Madhav Marbles and Granites(up 0.85%), 20 Microns(up 0.76%), MOIL(up 0.70%) and NMDC Ltd(up 0.55%) were among the top gainers.
Oriental Trimex(down 2.70%), Orissa Minerals Development Company(down 0.37%), Coal India(down 0.12%) and Ashapura Minechem(down 0.09%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 152.55 points up at 17729.4, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 530.74 points at 59393.31 at around 11:15AM.
Bajaj Finserv(up 4.98%), IndusInd Bank(up 3.88%), Bajaj Finance(up 3.59%), Kotak Mahindra Bank(up 3.12%), Axis Bank(up 2.49%), HCL Technologies(up 2.33%), HDFC LIFE INSURANCE(up 1.99%), HDFC Bank(up 1.9%), Wipro(up 1.79%) and Eicher Motors(up 1.63%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Tech Mahindra(down 3.46%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone(down 0.95%), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries(down 0.89%), Larsen & Toubro(down 0.86%), UltraTech Cement(down 0.79%), Britannia Industries(down 0.53%), Shree Cement(down 0.51%), Hindalco Industries(down 0.49%), Tata Steel(down 0.34%) and Coal India(down 0.15%) were trading in the red.
