Union Budget 2022-23 was held today in which Finance Minister Niramala Sitharaman announced about various things that will get cheaper and expensive.

Today Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the budget in Parliament. During this, she made many big announcements, hence it is being said as a balance budget. However, in the entire budget, no announcement was made keeping the salary class in mind. After presenting the budget of the Finance Minister, some things will become cheap and some will be expensive.
The Finance Minister talked about increasing and reducing all duties including custom duty, import duty on all things.
Things that will be Cheaper :
[ ] Mobile Charger
[ ] Farming Goods
[ ] Diamond Ornaments
[ ] Shoes and Slippers
[ ] Imported Machines
[ ] Mobile phones, Textiles, Leather
Things that will be Expensive:
Import duty of 7.5 per cent has been imposed on capital goods, eliminating the exemption in import duty. Custom duty on imitation jewelery has been increased so that its import can be reduced. Foreign umbrellas will also be expensive.
In order to help MSMEs, the Finance Minister has announced to extend the custom duty exemption on steel scrap for one year. Custom duty on mentha oil has been reduced.
