NEW DELHI: Shares of Adani Enterprises Ltd. traded 1.55 per cent up in Monday's trade at 11:42AM (IST). Around 40,758 shares changed hands on the counter.

The counter opened at Rs 1713.0 and touched an intraday high and low of Rs 1731.0 and Rs 1705.65, respectively, in the session so far. Shares of the company of Adani Enterprises Ltd. quoted a 52-week high of Rs 1908.55 and a 52-week low of Rs 497.9.

Total market cap of the Adani Enterprises Ltd. stood at Rs 189084.85 crore at the time of writing this report.

Key Financials
The company reported consolidated sales of Rs 13597.1 crore for the quarter ended 30-Sep-2021, up 6.81 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 12730.63 crore and up 46.01 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 9312.14 crore.

The net profit for latest quarter stood at Rs 212.41 crore, down 41.38 per cent from the corresponding quarter last year.

Shareholding pattern
As of 31-Dec-2021, domestic institutional investors held 1.81 per cent stake in the company, while foreign institutional investors held 17.25 per cent and the promoters 74.92 per cent.


Valuation ratio
According to BSE data, the stock traded at a price-to-earnings multiple of 186.36 and a price-to-book ratio of 6.61. A higher P/E ratio shows investors are willing to pay a higher price because of better future growth expectations. Price-to-book value indicates the inherent value of a company and is the measure of the price that investors are ready to pay even for no growth in the business.
