Prospect Partners merges its business with CxSearch Global Partners

CxSearch Global Partners, a retained executive search and leadership advisory firm, has merged with it the business of boutique search firm Prospect Partners.

Kumar Krishnan, who founded Prospect Partners, now joins CxSearch as Partner, the latter said in a media release.

“Our effort at achieving scale and building strong synergies for our customers is further strengthened by the merger of the business of Prospect Partners with CxSearch,” said Hithendra Ramachandran, Chairman, CxSearch.

“With the inclusion of Kumar’s significant expertise in leadership hiring, CxSearch is powered for its next level of growth in executive search and advisory businesses,” said Narasimhalu Senthil, founding partner, CxSearch.
