Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, the All India Congress Committee (AICC) general secretary in-charge of Uttar Pradesh, said she is "the face" of the Congress when asked if she would be the chief ministerial face of the party in the assembly polls. However, she refused to commit whether she would be fighting this election.

She was speaking at an AICC press conference where she and her brother, Rahul Gandhi, released a "youth manifesto", promising two million jobs for UP youth.
