Telangana speaker tests Covid positive, admitted to hospital

Hyderabad: Telangana Legislative Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy on Sunday tested positive for Covid-19 second time. Reddy was admitted to a hospital in the city for getting proper treatment.

According to sources, the Speaker was infected with mild symptoms of fever, cough and cold. Doctors conducted Covid-19 tests and found he was positive.

 

Based on medical practitioners, Reddy was shifted to a hospital in Gachibowli. His health condition is stable.

On November 24, 2021, the Speaker tested positive the first time, days after his grand-daughter's wedding function, which was attended by a number of political leaders from both Telugu states.
