    Pepperfry aims to file for a $250-300 million IPO by Q1 FY23

    Synopsis

    Pepperfry, which reported a 10% drop in revenue in FY21 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, has seen good recovery in sales and is expected to close the current financial year with a 40-45% growth in revenue.

    Online furniture retailer Pepperfry is set to file its draft red herring prospectus in the first quarter of the next fiscal for an initial public offering (IPO) in which it will seek to raise $250-300 million, according to its founder Ambareesh Murty. Pepperfry, which reported a 10% drop in revenue in fiscal 2021 at around Rs 220 crore due to the Covid-19 pandemic, has seen good recovery in sales and is expected to close the current financial
