ThinkStock PhotosNEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green on Tuesday amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.
Stocks that rallied over 10% included, Diana Tea Co(14.38%), Jindal Drilling(14.19%), UFO Moviez(13.82%), RDB Rasayans(13.7%), Kerala Ayurveda(13.47%), Intnl Conveyors(12.82%), Fortis Malar(12.81%), Duncan Engineering (12.77%), Meera Industries(12.63%) and VTM Ltd(12.02%).
The 30-share Sensex traded 136.9 points up at 60532.53, while the 50-share Nifty index rose 30.8 points to 18034.1.
In the Nifty 50 index, 20 stocks traded in the green, while 29 stocks were in the red.
Stocks such as Betex India, RTCL Ltd, Variman Global Enter, Vaswani Ind and Cranex Ltd hit their fresh 52-week high, while Yuranus Infrastruct, Policy Bazaar, PayTM and Garodia Chem touched their new 52-week low in trade.
