Xiaomi 11i series launch updates: Price reveal, specs, and other details
The Xiaomi 11i series lauches in India today and as part of the lineup, there aree two models in the pipeline. There is a regular Xiaomi 11i and the more hyped-up Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge; the latter getting the 120W charging system. Xiaomi has already revealed a few details about these phones and it seems that the phones are based on the Redmi Note 11 Pro models launched in China in late 2021.

120W/67W charger in the box
Xiaomi is offering the 120W HyperCharge charger in the box. The Xiaomi 11i gets the 67W charger in the box.

IR blaster, 3.5mm jack present
The Xiaomi 11i gets an IR blaster and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Software details
The phone launches with MIUI 12.5 out of the box with Android 11 and will get the MIUI 13 update soon.
The OS allows you to control fast charging speed from the Settings.
Fingerprint sensor now acts as a shortcut button.
MIUI on Xiaomi 11i to add up to 3GB virtual RAM from the storage.
Camera details
Main camera gets a 108MP sensor with dual native ISO technology for improved low light performance.
8MP ultra wide camera with 120-degree FOV. Xiaomi says it has managed to keep colour disparity minimal.
2MP macro camera.
16MP front camera, smaller punch hole cutout than before. Camera tuned for Indian conditions.
4K at 30 fps video recording, multiple video modes present.
Performance details
6nm MediaTek Dimensity 920 chipset powering the Xiaomi 11i series. 8% CPU and 34% GPU performance upgrade over Mi 10i's Snapdragon 750G chip.
There's a vapour cooling chamber to keep temperatures in check.
8 5G bands support and dual SIM 5G.
Audio features
Dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, HiRes support.
Display features
120Hz FHD+ 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 360Hz touch sampling rate on the Xiaomi 11i series. Brightness levels of up to 1200 nits. It also features a 360-degrees auto brightness sensor. Protected by Gorilla Glass 5.
