New Delhi: Marquee investor Anil Kumar Goel has increased stake in a multibagger textile company named DCM Nouvelle, according to the latest corporate filing.

Data from Trendylne shows that Goel held 380,700 equity shares or 2.04 per cent stake in the company on December 31, 2021, compared to 3,42,000 equity shares or 1.83 per cent stake in September 2021.

The smallcap czar added 38,700 equity shares of the company during the quarter. His stake in the company is worth Rs 11.84 crore.

Hisar-located DCM Nouvelle is a manufacturer and exporter of 100 per cent cotton carded and combed yarns. In 2017, the company started manufacturing cotton slub yarns and has a capacity for monthly production of 2500 MT.

Companies are obliged to release the name of shareholders holding one per cent or more stake in the company on a quarterly basis.

Shares of DCM Nouvelle have surged more than 380 per cent in the last one year. The stock settled at Rs 310.95 on Wednesday, registering a gain of more than a per cent.

As per the latest corporate shareholdings filed, Anil Kumar Goel and Associates publicly holds 34 stocks with a net worth of over Rs 1,532.5 crore.
