Hyderabad: Former Hyderabad police commissioner Anjani Kumar took charge as Director General of Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Saturday.

Expressing his gratitude to Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao for promoting him to DG rank, Anjani Kumar said that he would discharge his duties with diligence in the ACB. Minutes after taking charge, he interacted with bureau officials at the ACB headquarters in Banjara Hills.

 

Recalling his tenure as Hyderabad police commissioner, Anjani Kumar said he had done good work and expressed his gratitude to all officers in Hyderabad police commissionerate.
