Sub: SAT Order in the matter of Rajinder Singh.

In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20200306-50 dated March 06, 2020 on the captioned matter.

The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) vide its order dated December 21, 2021 has stated that, the impugned order dated March 6, 2020 and addendum order dated March 12, 2020 in so far as it relates to the appellant cannot be sustained and is quashed.

A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.

Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
