Sole and Exclusive charge by way of Registered English Mortgage on Unsold Inventory aggregating 77,546 sq. ft. in the “Indiabulls Blu Estate & Club” project spread across Tower A, B, C & D only) herein under defined in Annexure A along with proportionate share in the project land    underneath and Car Parking subject to a minimum Parking Requirement as per the Prevailing Regulations.

First ranking pari passu charge by way of Registered English Mortgage on Unsold Inventory aggregating 53,014 sq. ft. in the “Indiabulls Blu Estate & Club” project spread across Tower A, B, C & D only) herein under defined in Annexure A along with proportionate share in the project land    underneath and Car Parking subject to a minimum Parking Requirement as per the Prevailing Regulations.

Security Clause

Sole and Exclusive charge, by way of hypothecation upon all the receivables of the “Indiabulls Blu Estate & Club” project having total RERA Carpet Area of 8,81,598 sq. ft. from sold & unsold units (including sale proceeds, advances, parking charges, all proceeds received by the Issuer, any other receipts, etc.).
