(b)        On and from the Deemed date of Allotment and until March 31, 2021, the Gross NPA expressed as a percentage, should not exceed 7% (Seven Percent). On and from April 1, 2021, the Gross NPA, expressed as a percentage, should not exceed 5% (Five Percent)

The amended clause will be:

PAR 90 expressed as a percentage should not exceed 6% (Six percent)

(c)        On and from the Deemed date of Allotment and until March 31, 2021, the Net NPA expressed as a percentage, should not exceed 5% (Five Percent). On and from April 1, 2021, the Net NPA, expressed as a percentage, should not exceed 3.5% (Three Decimal Point Five Percent)

The amended clause will be:

PAR 90 Less Stage 3 provision expressed as a percentage should not exceed 3.50% (Three Decimal Point Five Percent)”

Clause 1.1 Definitions

Following definition shall stand inserted in Clause 1.1 Definitions of the DTD:

PAR 90 shall be defined as aggregate of all loans including owned and managed portfolio and other credit facilities provided by the Company where one or more repayment instalments are overdue by 90 Days or more.
