Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers(up 3.08%), KRISHANA(up 2.42%), ZUARIAGRO(up 2.17%), Madhya Bharat Agro Products(up 2.06%), Sikko Industries(up 1.99%), G S F C(up 1.85%), Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chem(up 1.82%), Fertilizers & Chemicals Tranvancore(up 1.68%), Madras Fertlizers(up 1.68%) and Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers(up 1.38%) were among the top gainers.
Agro Phos India Ltd.(down 4.98%) and Bohra Industries Ltd.(down 4.27%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 89.25 points up at 16860.1, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 294.4 points at 56613.41 at around 11:15AM.
Hindalco Industries(up 2.66%), Tata Motors(up 2.44%), UPL Ltd(up 2.4%), Eicher Motors(up 2.19%), Bajaj Finance(up 2.14%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation(up 1.89%), Bharti Airtel(up 1.84%), IndusInd Bank(up 1.54%), Tata Steel(up 1.4%) and State Bank of India(up 1.39%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Power Grid Corporation of India(down 3.41%), Wipro(down 0.91%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone(down 0.72%), Nestle India(down 0.69%), SBI Life(down 0.52%), HDFC(down 0.44%), Divis Laboratories(down 0.4%), Asian Paints(down 0.35%), Cipla(down 0.28%) and ITC(down 0.26%) were trading in the red.
