SEBI vide its Gazette Notification no. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2021/59 dated November 17, 2021 amended the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008 w.r.t Schedule II regarding Fit and proper criteria. The notification is attached as Annexure A for reference.
