The bail application of Arnold Terblanche has been postponed to tomorrow, December 21, in order for a social worker to be present when the report on his son with Vicki is presented to court.

The matter was previously postponed on December 6 until today for a social worker's report to be handed to court.

This report will be to assess who is by means to take care of the child.

One of Terblanche's legal representatives, Danie Gouws, told the court that he received the report on Friday. He also indicated that he would like the social worker and psychologist to be present at court tomorrow since there are a few things in the report that he'd like to address.

Magistrate Kriban Pillay postponed the matter until tomorrow and ordered that the social worker be present.

The PE Express has decided to refrain from making information in this report known as the child is a minor and in accordance with the social worker's request for confidentiality.

Vicki's estranged husband, Terblanche (55) and his co-accused, Vicki's boyfriend, Reinhardt Leach (32) and Dylan Cullis (24) are accused of conspiring to murder the 42-year-old mother.

Vicki's body was found in a shallow grave in Greenbushes in October this year. She had allegedly been drugged, suffocated with a pillow and/or strangled.

Leach and Cullis have opted to not apply for bail.
