In continuation to the Exchange’s notice no. 20191014-25 dated Monday, October 14, 2019, Market Participants are requested to note the following additional criteria for migration from SME to Main Board of the Exchange:  

“The companies have to be mandatorily listed and traded on the SME Platform for a minimum period of two years.”

Further, all other terms/ conditions/ norms mention in aforesaid notice will remain the same.
