Balakrishna's akhanda which released recently was a raging hit. The movie grossed 100 crores recently and is currently heading towards becoming the biggest blockbuster. It's heard that the movie is already in the talks for bollywood remake. Boyapatti made the movie in the unique way that it connects to telugu audience. 

Being so, akhanda is clearly a one man show. Ballaya from the start to end carried the film on hush shoulder as none of the other characters had depth or performance space in the movie. Now with remake talks going on, it's difficult to find someone who can pull off what Ballayya did in the movie. There's like absolute no one in Ballayya aura in other industry. 

The closest they can get is akshay kumar and ajay Devgn. For the movie remake to be a success, the stories has to go through so many changes to suit the audience and bring in a proper balance between the characters to make it a success. We have to wait and see what bollywood producers have in mind and it would be interesting how the remake pans out
