With the long-awaited indian 2 scheduled to begin filming soon, rumors abound that trisha will be taking over for kajal aggarwal in the shankar directed flick. According to reports, trisha has been cast in the character that was originally played by Kajal. indian 2 will be Trisha's third cooperation with kamal haasan after Manmandhan Ambu and Thoongavanam if the rumors are to be believed.


In this case, during a recent interview with tamil media, she reportedly confirmed that she was approached to be part of the famous sequel and she wanted to act along with the legendary actor. The filming of indian 2 came to a halt after three staff members were killed in an accident on the set of the movie.
