Samantha Ruth Prabhu's dance number in 'Pushpa' in legal trouble; complainant demands ban on song

Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna starrer 'Pushpa: The Rise' is set to release on December 17. But, shockingly, the film has landed in legal trouble. A men's association has filed a complaint against the film's promotional song featuring Samantha Ruth Prabhu in a special appearance. The association has demanded a ban on the song 'Oo Bolega Ya Oo Oo Bolega' claiming the song portrays men as lustful through its lyrics. The item song is composed by Devi Sri Prasad and the lyrics in Tamil and Telugu have been penned by Viveka and Chandrabose respectively. Helmed by Sukumar, 'Pushpa' is set to be released in two parts. The film will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi. A while ago, the film's lead actress Rashmika's first look was released by the makers of the film. During an interview with an entertainment portal, the actress expressed her gratitude for the love she received from her fans and said, 'It is so gratifying to receive such heart-warming compliments for my first look of ‘Pushpa’. I was at first nervous and excited, but I’m really glad and thankful for all the love the audiences have showered on ‘Pushpa’. It is my first multi-lingual pan-India movie and I believe that it has given me an opportunity to explore a different side of me as an actress. It’s going to help me establish yet another milestone and I can’t wait for my fans and audiences to see me bring alive the character of Srivalli, who is the soul of the film.'
