Kristen Stewart, 31, has landed her first ever Golden Globe nomination for her role as Princess Diana in the movie Spencer after starring in 44 films.
Twilight's Bella Swan has been acknowledged in the Best Actress in a Drama motion picture category
Spencer highlights a fictionalized version of Princess Diana's decision to end her marriage with Prince Charles.

Stewart is most famously known for her leading role as Bella Swan in the Twilight saga, but Kristen has been in several other notable movies including Clouds of Sils Maria and Certain Women.

The 31-year-old was also the highest paid actress in the world in 2012, while the Twilight saga was being filmed.
Kristen won a César Award for Best Supporting Actress in Clouds of Sils Maria in 2015 and the Hollywood Critics Association awarded her Actress of the Decade in 2020.

This nomination comes quickly after Kristen announced on The Howard Stern Show that she is engaged to long time girlfriend and screen writer Dylan Meyer. This announcement came days before Spencer hit the box office.
Kristen received an outpour of love on social media for both her role in Spencer and her engagement.
