Aryan Khan outside NCB office after his weekly attendance on Friday
MUMBAI: Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, moved the Bombay high court with a plea to modify one of his bail conditions - of attendance at the investigating officer's office in connection with the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) case. The 23-year-old was granted bail on October 28 by HC bench of Justice Nitin Sambre after being in custody since October 3, following his arrest at an international Cruise terminal.
The conditions for his bail included a weekly three-hour attendance every Friday at the NCB office in Mumbai, among several others. He wants this attendance to be changed, but has not specified what reduction or change he desires. The HC is scheduled to hear the plea on Monday.
The HC had imposed 14 bail conditions on Aryan in the case and had directed his release on a PR bond of Rs 1 lakh, after holding that he did not have any charas in his possession and that the whatsapp chats did not reveal anything untoward as alleged by the NCB.
