With one Covid-19 positive case reported on Friday, the total count of cases in the district has increased to 47,436. The health authorities of the districtdid not find any recovery case, so the recovery count stood as it is at 45,835.

At present, Amritsar district has two active cases. No casualty due to the novel coronavirus was reported in Amritsar district during the last 24 hours.
