Senapati, December 09 2021: A Covid awareness programme was organized at Sate Guest House, Babupara under the sponsorship of Society for Community Health Awareness Research and Action (SOCHARA).

The programme was held in association with YuMetta Foundation and Bharat Gyan Vigyan Samiti (BGVS) Manipur.

Speaking on the occasion, resource person Dr Priyadarsh, MD, enlightened the gathering on the various symptoms of COVID-19 infection including cold, cough, sore throat, fever, headache, breathing problem, etc.

He also appealed to the people to isolate themselves in case of any visible symptoms of Covid infection and to get themselves vaccinated with Covid vaccine at the earliest.

The awareness programme was organized to clear misinformations and myths regarding Covid infection and vaccination.

It was participated by ASHA facilitators, ASHA workers and members of NGOs from different districts of the State.
