T Jangkhomang announces his candidature from 42 Tengnoupal AC

Tengnoupal, December 08 2021: Hill tribal Council (HTC) Moreh president, T Jangkhomang alais Jangmang Haokip has announced his candidature for the upcoming Manipur Assembly Election 2022 from 42-Tengnoupal Assembly Constituency.

Addressing a press conference held at HTC office in Moreh, T Jangkhomang stated that his decision to contest the Assembly Election was taken to serve the people of Tengnoupal AC efficiently and bring development in the region.

The HTC president mentioned that he would work to uplift the living standards and strive to bring prosperity and harmony for all the communities residing in the constituency.

While expressing his anguish over the current state of Tengnoupal AC, T Jangkhomang stated that past MLAs and Ministers from the constituency have only been providing lip service and dreams of development and progress to the people.

He further appealed to the people of Tengnoupal AC to provide their support in the upcoming election to bring change and development in the constituency.

It may be mentioned that T Jangkhomang has been serving the people as a social activist since 1990 .

He was also the president of HTC for more than 10 years.
